Is Early Morning Magic taken into account with the wait time estimates?

We do take events like Early Morning Magic into account with the wait time estimates. Luckily, Early Morning Magic does not affect the early wait times very much at all. Not many people are allowed into the event, and most if not all of them spread out to non-Toy Story Land attractions once the general public is allowed in.
